Prior to taking instruction from you, I will provide you with a written quotation. This quotation will be based on your preferred legal avenue that you wish to pursue.

Furthermore, you will have the opportunity to negotiate the aforementioned quoted fees with me afore you formally instruct me to act on your matter.

You have my commitment that, where and if possible and depending on the nature of your legal problem, I will endeavour to keep my rates as close as possible to the Magistrate’s Court Tariff Scales.
